Business Central (BC) Analyst, Power BI Developer
Job Summary:
Advanced Media Technologies has an immediate need for a dynamic individual that has a desire to learn and grow with the organization. This individual will help drive profitability and growth by focusing on our users, applications, and data to position ourselves to be the leader in the market. This is a key position that will interact with all levels of management and will be based out of our corporate headquarters in Deerfield Beach, FL.
The ideal candidate will be an analytical, supportive, solution-oriented individual that employs a commonsense approach when dealing with a wide range of responsibilities. Attention to detail, problem-solving, and superior communication skills are required for success. He/she should have prior knowledge of NAV, Business Central and data integration, data warehousing, modeling, business intelligence, and can present ideas and concepts clearly and decisively.
Requirements:
- Become intimately familiar with data within Advanced Media Technologies systems and applications.
- Develop an in-depth understanding of key business processes and needs.
- Work toward providing user maintainable functionality and reporting:
- Understand and convert business requirements into technical specifications to transform processes and data into meaningful insights that meets or exceeds the user’s need.
- Work with end users to verify completeness and accuracy of the data presented in BI reports before publishing reports.
- Redefine, document, verify, and make technical/strategic changes to configuration of ERP application and/or BI reports and processes as necessary.
- Create BI dashboards and interactive reports that take of drill-down capabilities and best-of-class visualization techniques that aid decision-making to user description.
- Work with users and team members at all levels for performance improvement and suggestions
- Identify, design, and implement internal process improvements related to the automation of manual processes, optimization of data delivery, and re-design infrastructure for greater scalability.
Education/Experience/Training:
- Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, engineering, or related field or equivalent experience.
- MBA or advanced degree in related area a plus.
- Microsoft NAV / Dynamics 365 Business Central
- Minimum of 3 years acting as a technical resource in Microsoft NAV and/or Dynamics Business Central environments.
- Knowledge of database and table relationship as well as front end functionality and configuration.
- Experience maintaining administrative functions within tool include but not limited to; user setup and configuration, job queues, warehouse configuration, control, and functionality, access control/permissions mitigation, segregation of duties and functionality.
- Reporting
- Minimum experience of 3 years working with Excel, Power BI, and Jet Reports.
- Experience would include creating data-rich dashboards and tabular reports.
- Database and Data Tools
- Sound knowledge of database management, SQL querying, data modeling, data warehousing, business intelligence, and OLAP (Online Analytical Processing) is required.
- Some exposure, knowledge, and experience with Microsoft Business Intelligence stacks such as Power Pivot, SSRS, SSIS, and SSAS required.
- Exposure and understanding of Microsoft Application Development Tools (VB).
- Understand the technical aspects as well as software development architecture to transform requirements into technical presence.

Sales Representative – Domestic
Job Summary:
The Sales Representative is responsible for demonstrating technical product knowledge of CATV, IPTV, and Broadband products in order to anticipate the needs of AMT’s current and prospective customer base, generate sales, and close deals.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Presents and sells CATV, IPTV, and Broadband products to current and potential customers
- Analyzes information regarding the customers’ current deployment technology, head-end architecture, project goals, and/or budget, etc. to determine and recommend the appropriate products; conducts research on behalf of the customer as necessary.
- Educates customers on the differences/similarities, advantages/disadvantages of various products and advises which items best meet the customers’ needs.
- Negotiates AMT product pricing with potential buyers based on competitor pricing, company profit margins, customer budget, and other relevant factors; closes deals.
- Identifies and contacts sales prospects and other accounts as assigned; follows up on new leads and referrals.
- Quotes prices, prepare proposals and provides information regarding terms of sales and delivery dates.
2. Product Knowledge
- Remains knowledgeable on products, current industry trends, and customer preferences by attending sales meetings, vendor training, trade shows, and/or reading trade journals. Trains sales team and management on the same as necessary.
- Researches and recommends new products to integrate into the current product line.
- Maintains an understanding of competitor product lines in order to distinguish AMT products from that of its competitors.
3. Marketing
- Represents AMT in marketing events such as trade shows and seminars to promote AMT products.
- Assists Marketing with developing sales, promotional, and trade show materials.
4. Establishes and maintains current client and potential client relationships
- Identifies and resolves client concerns.
- Manages account services through quality checks and other follow-ups.
- Other related duties as assigned.
