Latest reseller partner will help increase penetration of U.S and Latin American cable and telecom markets for RGB’s growing line of next-generation video processing products

AMT to show RGB’s products at TelcoTV trade show

SUNNYVALE, CA – October 10, 2007– RGB Networks (http://www.rgbnetworks.com/), the leader in network video processing, announced today that Advanced Media Technologies (AMT) (http://www.amt.com/) has joined RGB’s partner program. As a reseller partner, AMT will sell and distribute RGB’s innovative digital video processing products to cable and telecom customers in the U.S. and Latin America, allowing RGB to further expand the availability of its line of advanced video processors into these markets. “AMT is a highly regarded reseller and first-rate addition to RGB Networks’ growing reseller program,” said Lou Mastrocola, Vice President of Sales for RGB Networks. “AMT has a widely recognized reputation for superior customer service, an outstanding technical sales group and a wide reach in multiple markets—these are core skill sets we seek in choosing our reseller partners. With the addition of AMT to our reseller program, RGB Networks is well positioned to add to our success with U.S. and Latin American cable and telecom operators and expand the presence of our video processing product line into these critical markets.”

The addition of AMT to RGB Networks’ reseller partner roster bolsters an already impressive line-up, which also includes Capella Telecommunications in Canada; Adrenio GmbH, B.A.S.E Technologies and Divitel B.V. in Europe; and TANDBERG Television for global distribution. AMT’s primary role will be reselling RGB’s video processing products to independent telcos and cable operators in the U.S., as well as to operators throughout Latin America. “AMT’s partnership with RGB Networks provides the right mix of resources as we continue to penetrate the U.S and Latin American cable and telecom markets together,” said Ken Mosca, President of AMT. “With AMT’s strong, existing relationships in those markets, and RGB’s advanced video processing technology, we can provide the best solutions for new and existing customers.”

RGB Networks and AMT will be exhibiting RGB’s products at the upcoming TelcoTV trade show in Atlanta, Georgia, October 23-25. RGB will be in booth 122 and AMT in booth 521.
